All products provided by Countertop Express® and Vanitytop Express® are custom made to order and are non returnable items.
Design Your Own Vanity Tops and Laminate Countertops:
All vanity tops and laminate countertops ordered without template and installation are custom made to your specifications based on measurements you have provided to us. Countertop Express® and Vanitytop Express®
assumes no responsibility for any measurement errors on your part. All sales of these products are final and non-refundable.
Design Your Own Vanity Top orders that include a pre-attached sink, or no sink hole, will be available for pick-up or delivery within 2-3 weeks. Orders for which a custom sink has to be cut, will be available for pick-up or delivery within 3-4 weeks upon receiving a physical or electronic template from the customer.
Countertop Express®/ Vanitytop Express® reserves the right to refuse any order which does not have an accompanying template, or for which the template is not compatible with the countertop size specified.
Please inspect your merchandise received for damage or fabrication errors immediately upon receipt. We will be glad to honor all claims on damaged and/or incorrectly fabricated merchandise within 15 days of receiving your shipment. After 15 days, your sale will be finalized and no claims will be accepted.
Custom Items: When you place an order for Corian Solid Surface, Silestone Quartz Surface, or Cambria Quartz Surface, you will be contacted by phone to schedule an on site measurement verification, custom fabrication, and professional installation. An authorized fabricator installer must install all above-mentioned countertop materials. The on site measurement verification will be performed by a professional Countertop Express® and Vanitytop Express® measurer. The measurer will verify the accuracy of the measurements you have provided and will take measurements for the placement of any cutouts and faucet holes your countertop(s) may contain.
You will be notified of any changes to your order or to the price, and you will be asked to confirm your order by signing a fabrication authorization form. At that point your order will be sent to fabrication. Once fabrication has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
Your order will be installed after fabrication is complete. The installer will install all countertop pieces, drill faucet holes, and perform job site clean up. After the installation is complete, you will have a chance to approve the installation, ensuring that you receive quality workmanship.
For warranty-related issues arising after countertops or surfaces have been installed, you will be responsible for registering your warranty claim via fax or mail.
